In Daniel’s words
Daniel Parker
I grew up in Portland, Oregon, moving to the Bay Area in my late twenties. I spent twelve years coordinating adult-learning workshops and neighborhood events, helping people feel comfortable joining a conversation.
FEATURED MENTOR
A little about Daniel
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Daniel brings a community-minded perspective to conversations about work, local culture, and everyday life.
He spent twelve years coordinating adult-learning workshops and neighborhood events. Away from work, his interests include books, homemade pizza, and coastal walks.
Good starting points: workplace habits, California life, travel, and the stories behind everyday routines.
Away from work, I am usually planning a weekend walk, browsing a used-book shop, or trying to improve my homemade pizza. I have traveled through Mexico and Japan, and learning a little Spanish has reminded me how difficult it can be to know what to say—even when you understand the words.
